The story of RESCO and URT goes back many years. Smitty, the brains behind RESCO, met URT slinging shirts in the streets of Coronado, CA, the city where both companies HQ's reside. After a lot of posturing and time and casual mugs and lots of awkward silences followed by even more awkward noises a collaboration project was born. Smitty came up with the idea of doing an American made time piece that was equipped with an oceanic tidal bezel. If you look at the dial you will see the letters HW and NW. (HIGH WATER and NO WATER). With a simple twist of the dial the user could set his mark on the tide and know where the tide's progress would be at throughout the day. The tide doesn't stand still and nor do you and that is why this watch was built to endure all the pressures from downtown, downrange and down deep (200m to be exact). To seal the collaboration URT made a COLLAB shirt that features the RESCO logo in action.
