My favorite sushi comes from the fatty belly of the blue fin tuna, AKA the Toro. For years, I mentally found myself in the middle of a bull ring surrounded by adoring fans and pearl clutchers visualizing the sushi chef as an angry bull as I confidently repeated "Toro!" over and over to let them know that I am no ordinary sushi customer and possibly a little crazy.
If it ain't toro, you're doing it wrong.
