We don't make grog...yet, but if we did we would call it St. Elmo's Firewater. This design is based off the natural occurring nautical phenomenon called, St. Elmo's Fire. It is defined by white bluish flames coming from a ships masts and was considered good luck as it was known to happen towards the end of storms. Since St. Elmo was the patron Saint of sailors, it seemed like a fitting name for our premium grog.
This nerd explains what St. Elmo's Fire better than I care to.
