You pushed yourselves, and we saw.
In the past couple years we've seen you dedicate your workouts in memory of Charlie Keating IV, so now we're making it official.  We're kicking off the tradition of the Chuck Sweaty, a workout dedicated to our friend in hopes we can broaden our community and further the mission.

This May 3rd we remember Charlie Humphrey Keating IV; so tackle the Chuck Sweaty workout and give it your all.  This Hero Workout is 20 minutes long and it is for repetitions. So count your reps and let us know how many with the #ChuckSweaty hashtag and give us your inspiration through your perspiration..

This Hero workout (detailed below) is dedicated to Charlie: 5/3/2016.
5 pull ups, 3 wall walks, 16 burpees
Overhand grip, get that chin over the bar.
This is the hard one....but you only have to do 3.
    1. Begin in a push-up position with your feet against the wall.
    2. Walk your feet up the wall while simultaneously walking your hands back towards the wall. Walk up until you are as flat to the wall as you can get.
    3. Walk your hands away from the wall and your feet down the wall until you are back in the push-up position.
  1. Begin in a standing position and move into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
  2. Kick your feet back into a plank position, while keeping your arms extended and do a pushup.
  3. Immediately return your feet into squat position. (count 3)
  4. Stand up and jump.

We created a sweat friendly shirt to memorialize this new tradition. The shirt sales proceeds will go directly to the Charles Humphrey Keating IV Foundation as they continue to pursue their mission of Preserving the Family.  To learn more about the incredible work they do visit

We want to include everyone, if the above hero workout is not your speed, we invite you to join our community by giving us your sweat through one of Charlie's favorite activities. Hole digging. Give us 10 minutes of full throttle digging and tell us how deep you get with the hashtag #chucksweaty. The dig was inspired by Charlie's success in the annual URT DIG: Hole Digging competition. Charlie has placed 1st and 2nd in this competition. Charlie wasn't the biggest in the field, but he definitely had the biggest motor. Show us your motor.

Charlie’s 1st place Golden Trophy Shovel from the 2013 URT DIG. Hole Digging Competition still hangs high in the corner of one of Charlie's favorite watering holes.
