In the past couple years we've seen you dedicate your workouts in memory of Charlie Keating IV, so now we're making it official. We're kicking off the tradition of the Chuck Sweaty, a workout dedicated to our friend in hopes we can broaden our community and further the mission.
This May 3rd we remember Charlie Humphrey Keating IV; so tackle the Chuck Sweaty workout and give it your all. This Hero Workout is 20 minutes long and it is for repetitions. So count your reps and let us know how many with the #ChuckSweaty hashtag and give us your inspiration through your perspiration.. This Hero workout (detailed below) is dedicated to Charlie: 5/3/2016. 5 pull ups, 3 wall walks, 16 burpees

We created a sweat friendly shirt to memorialize this new tradition. The dig was inspired by Charlie's success in the annual URT DIG: Hole Digging competition. Charlie has placed 1st and 2nd in this competition. Charlie wasn't the biggest in the field, but he definitely had the biggest motor. Show us your motor.
